We are happy to offer store credit for returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchasing.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at email@example.com with your name and order number and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there are any damaged, broken, or defective items in your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to resolve any issues and make sure you are satisfied with your order.
Your order will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. Once your items have shipped, they are no longer Posy & Plum's responsibility, they are the responsibility of USPS. Please contact your local USPS if there is a problem with the delivery of your order, or if you believe it may be lost.
